I am amazed this one drew no comments.
I don't know what it means.
It's the courier guy who shows up once a day at the clinic downstairs from my office. He always leaves with an insulated bag. I'm not sure the actual title of his job but I like mine.
Would his given Indian name be One Who Runs with Turds...? Or would that mean his name would be Diarhea?
